ROOM RESERVATIONS

Please plan to book your own hotel room at The Broadmoor, located 12 miles (20 minutes) from the Colorado Springs Airport and 91 miles (1.5 hours) from the Denver International Airport.

Guest rooms are available starting at $359 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, including a 10.20% tax, a 2.95% Public Improvement Fee (PIF), and a daily resort fee of $39 per room, per night.

Room types and rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2026. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel. Additional reservations will be subject to availability and offered at the hotel's prevailing rates.
