HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION

Please book your hotel accommodations. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved at The Broadmoor by clicking here.

Registration for the Global Brand Partner Convention begins at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17. Please note that hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If your room is not yet available upon arrival, The Broadmoor will gladly store your luggage until your room is ready.

AIR TRAVEL

Please make your own flight arrangements and plan to arrive on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

If you are flying into Colorado Springs, please schedule your arrival no later than 1:00 p.m. to allow time for transportation to the hotel, check-in, and attendance at the Opening General Session, which begins at 3:30 p.m.

If you are flying into Denver, please factor in at least 1.5 hours of driving time to the hotel, in addition to time for deplaning, baggage claim, and airport transit.

Please note that flight options into Colorado Springs are more limited than those available into Denver.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Please arrange your own ground transportation to and from the airport and The Broadmoor.

Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are readily available at both airports and throughout the Colorado Springs area. Rates vary based on the airport, time of day, and demand.

Please note that airport shuttle service is not provided by The Broadmoor.

For hotel guests, overnight valet parking is available for $50 per night. Complimentary valet parking may be available, based on availability, for guests visiting the resort's restaurants or retail shops. Self-parking in the garage is available for $35 per night. Day parking in the garage is charged at $6 per half hour, with a maximum daily rate of $30. Prices are subject to change.
