HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION 

You are asked to book your hotel room reservation. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and you can make your room reservation at The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel by clicking here.  

 

Business Meeting registration begins on Sunday, October 15 at 12:00pm but please note that hotel check-in is not until 3:00pm. The hotel will hold your luggage, if needed, until your room is ready.

 

 

AIR TRAVEL

Please plan on booking your own flight and plan to arrive on Sunday, October 15, 2023 no later than 2:00pm in order to get to the hotel, check into your room and be able to attend the opening reception that begins at 3:30pm. 

  

The final group function will be the last breakout on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 12:20pm.

 

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Please plan to arrange your own your ground transportation to and from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth hotel.

 

Uber, Lyft and taxis can easily be found at the airport and throughout the area. The rates vary depending on the time of day but the average cost for Uber and Lyft is $50-$100 per transfer from the Dallas Ft Worth Airport to The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel.

 

Airport shuttle service is not provided by hotel.

 

The daily rate for valet parking at the hotel is $25 per day. The daily rate for overnight valet parking is $45 per night. The day rate for self-parking is $22 per day. The day rate for overnight self-parking is $30 per night.
